Heavy Duty Cable Ladders are thick-gauge steel open-rung cable support
systems engineered for the most demanding cable management applications
in mining, petrochemical, power generation and heavy industrial
electrical installations across South Africa.
With a deeper rail height and heavier gauge steel construction than
the medium duty range, heavy duty cable ladders offer maximum load-
bearing capacity and structural rigidity — designed for large power
cable bundles, long unsupported spans and harsh environments where
standard cable ladders are insufficient.
Like all cable ladders, the open rung design provides maximum
ventilation around cables — allowing them to run cooler and carry
higher current loads than cables routed in enclosed cable trays.
This makes heavy duty cable ladders the preferred choice for large
power cable installations in demanding South African industrial and
mining environments.
Supplied in standard 3 metre lengths, available in widths from
100mm up to 500mm to suit any cable volume or installation requirement.
